Re: Programming Help(Control one output with two different probe

Wow, Thanks for the extremely thorough response. It looks like my timing on this question is right on the money since you plan to release an update very soon. As far as the operation of my system goes, you are spot on. I have it programmed as you stated. Will this firmware upgrade be difficult to do...

Re: Programming Help(Control one output with two different probe

I do have a two pump system that I have been using as a HERMS. I can direct fire all three kettles if needbe(direct fire assist). So currently I need to stick with my method of moving my sensors?

Here is a pic of my system nearly completed.

During my preheat stage I am controlling the temp setpoint of my HLT and MLT (by turning my burners on) with a temp probe on the output of a corresponding pump because...

Re: New Control Panel Setup (Help with SSR's)

I think controlling the gas will work well. i have high hopes of the capabilities of the controller. Where did you get your SSR's? Can anyone else confirm that these SSR's will work?

New Control Panel Setup (Help with SSR's)

I am in the process of setting up my control panel and am by no means an experienced electrician. Right now i am looking to control two march pumps and three asco gas valves. I have found a crydom relay on ebay that i believe should fit my application but am not sure. Can someone take a look at this...

Re: BCS I/O Expansion Card

Is it worthwhile to wait for the upgrade? I am contemplating ordering this controller vs another and this would definitely make it more attractive. The added $50 does hurt slightly though because it puts the whole system with 4 probes at about $300.
