Re: Issues with 3.7.0?
We don't have a release date to announce at this time. With 3.7.0 being pretty much "hot off the presses" right now, we're working with individual users to determine what bugs are reproducible and what bugs are configuration related. After a few more weeks have passed and the issues settle...

duck; The images you posted won't load for me, but I understand your description. We're aware of a few bugs related to the combination of celcius mode and the new displays, we will resolve them in a bugfix release. Thanks, and sorry you ran into this!

Re: Ladder Logic Label, Tags, Descriptions
To simplify, this is a case of output contention. The BCS provides two methods to control outputs; Process control (including manual mode), and Ladder logic. The system is not designed to have both methods attached to the same outputs at the same time, and doing so will cause undefined behavior. The...

Re: BCS not connecting on one computer
1. When you direct connect to the computer, what is the IP address of the BCS according to arp -a? 2. When you connect the BCS to your router, what is the BCS IP address according to arp -a? At steps 1 & 2 above what is the IP address of your computer, at each step? If you can connect to the BCS...

Re: Feature Request - State restore on power loss
NTP is something we may consider for 4.x and beyond, depending on popularity. Since the BCS has no concept of time right now, it would be a significant change to integrate into process logic. That said, it's possible and worthy of consideration. Thanks!

Re: will this work to measure co2 to gauge fermentation
I don't think this technique will generate meaningful results unfortunately. The CO2 generated by fermentation won't just disappear into the air like you are thinking. Especially in a blow-off container type scenario, the CO2 will rapidly displace all the air inside the blow-off container, just like...

Re: Best Way To Access Two BCS's On The Same PC
Wireless and dependable don't go hand in hand I'm afraid, especially if you're not physically there to reset things if it goes wonky. Plugging both BCS units into a hub is the way to go. I fiddled with wireless bridges etc for years out of laziness, then I finally ran the wires I needed and I'll nev...

Re: BCS-462 does not work after power sag/brownout
This is very likely. The BCS "boot up" process is nearly instant, whereas most routers take a while. If the router isn't connected to the UPS, you'll gain stability by setting the IP right in the device rather than by DHCP. Keep in mind that you can leave the static lease assignment set th...

Re: BCS-462 not refreshing using Firefox Windows 7 64bit
@mavantix I have experienced what you're talking about in chrome. I have been able to alleviate it by closing the BCS control tab and clearing my cache in chrome settings. Try that for now, a long term fix is in the works.

Re: Advanced Hysteresis Parameters in The System Settings
As an afterthought, and you likely already know this, but PID mode is not the same as Hysteresis mode. PID is for short-cycle processes (like heating elements) and Hysteresis is for long cycle processes (like pumps and compressors).
