So Cutting the probe wires and adding connectors won't cause any problems? Can't think of why it would but want to be sure. I'd like to run the probes in my fermenters and this would make it much easier.

Pardon my illiteracy, but I suppose it is not so simple as to just accessing the bcs with your android's browser?
