Re: Brewers Hardware RIMS Tube Beta Testers Needed
Still waiting, no worries. Got a reply from Derrin I need to send an email out to everyone. Drilling and taping the cap did not work, it leaves a tapered edge and the washer would have to sit on the taper which I think would eventually fail. So.. since I have the tap now, plan B is to re-tap the th...

Re: BCS Roadmap
BCS-462 Work has been underway on designing a new controller with more I/O. The BCS-462 will run the same software as the 460, but have 8 temp inputs, 8 discrete inputs, and 18 outputs (6 pwm, 12 on/off). Since both the 460 and 462 will run the same software, all of the updates listed above will ap...

Re: Expansion Card Question

Re: v2.0 Firmware now available!
Any update on the expansion cards? I'm moving across the pond next month and was hoping that I could get one purchased and delivered before I moved.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Making do with 6 outputs
Alternatively, we've been getting quite a few requests for an I/O expander card which would indeed solve your problem, but that's still on the drawing board and I can't give any firm commitment on availability. Re: integration mounting pics?
Paul and I had a great chat and when I get back from brewing this evening I will be posting an updated diagram and some of the things we discussed in further detail.
Thanks again Paul and Brett!

Re: integration mounting pics?
The first being it will not work as it is setup in the wiring diagram. The GFCI will trip and not allow you to power up if there is any path to earth independent of your power source. I take that statement back. It took me a bit to really understand your diagram. (I also had to download the image t...

Re: integration mounting pics?
P-J/Brett, Thank you for your help! What I am trying to do is have my control panel/box portable. Hence the reason for the 14-50R. The goal is to have a 6/12 load center connected to that 14-50R via a 50A GFCI breaker in the main panel. From there I will have 2 30A double pole breakers in the load c...
