Re: BCS-482 Specifications (replacement for BCS-460/462)

Will firmware updates be backwards compatible with the older 460/2s or will the new hardware introduce a fork in firmware development? How long will the 460/2s will be supported?

Re: Temperature Sensor Issue

Yeah, I already tried resetting to defaults. That's what I was afraid of. Here's another question, no one seems to be selling the 460s/462s anywhere. Is there anyway to get a replacement. If not, what's the news on the 480s/482s? I'm not completely SOL, but it is a bit annoying.

Just for reference. This is with nothing plugged in. Everything except an Ethernet cable has been removed from the BCS.

Temperature Sensor Issue

I have a temperature sensor that is reading 55.8 degrees even when nothing is plugged into the BCS. This just started happening. Are there any troubleshooting techniques I should preform or is the BCS most likely shot?

Multiple Temps to a single Out

I am new to using the BCS, but I figured I would post this here since I didn't see a way to do this in the documentation. A little background on the system I designed will help explain my request. My HLT has as an electric water heater coil, which is controlled by my BCS. My mash-tun does not. Inste...
