Re: Announcement: Firmware 3.7.0 Released

Thanks again for the update. Nice addition to the main screen. Interesting that on my Samsung Tablet Chrome works with it, also on my PC and MAC. Firefox works on the PC (firefox v.18) but not the MAC (firefox v.19) when the 7 digit display has processes on (green numbers on the display). Guess I'll...

Re: Wiki account to upload and use HMI graphics?

After going to your google site, at the top right is a create page (+ sign on a page icon) icon and an edit page icon (looks like a pencil). Click on the edit page icon, on the left side click on Insert. A menu appears, select image. Locate the image on your computer the select ok. once the image is...

Re: Saving Profile?

I know it works. Did you right-click and select save as? In System Settings > Configuration File Save/Restore , right click on one of the "Save Process Settings to File" links. A save as box will appear with "bcs_proc.cfg" . I add the process # after the bcs_proc filename. You co...

Re: Wiki account to upload and use HMI graphics?

If you have a GMail account you could use Google Sites. It allows you to host a free website. You could easily upload your HMI images there. Go to http://sites.google.com for more info.

Re: The Beer Bug - Digital Hydrometer

Great to see another device that can be used in analyzing the fermentation process. How much does the brewbit cost? Any other info available for it besides the photo or two of the device?

The Beer Bug - Digital Hydrometer

Not sure how many BCS'rs have checked out the digital hydrometer "Beer Bug". Sounds like a cool device to track your fermentation process. I am going to give it a try to learn more about what is going on in my carboys. More info @ http://www.thebeerbug.com.

Re: Is ECC / BCS-46X still alive?

No worries. Is the HMI URL supposed to be saved with the SYSCFG file? I saved the syscfg to a file before updating to 3.5 and when I brought everything back it wasn't in the syscfg file.

Re: Is ECC / BCS-46X still alive?

Congrats! I see there was a firmware update on 9/29/12... No link but was able to figure out that I needed to go to http://www.embeddedcc.com/firm/v35_0/ to get it.

Re: Flow sensor for RIMS tube safety

Haven't had a chance to install the sensor yet due to brewing some time sensitive beers and other schedule conflicts. Maybe next week I'll give it a try along with the mesh screen. I will definitely report back. Sorry it has taken so long...
