Re: Updating firmware via USB DFU

I believe you're running into an issue we had with the original TI bootloader code on newer MacOS versions. Can you confirm that you're on a Mac? There's a couple ways to get through this. I updated the bootloader to fix the issue, but the bootloader on the BCS can only be flashed via JTAG which wou...

Re: Updating firmware via USB DFU

When you power it on do you see the lights flash on the ethernet connection? If you do: try another hard reset, hold down the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Assuming it comes back on and you can see it in BCS finder, try accessing the API: http://your.bcs.ip/api/debug and see what that re...

Windows: For Windows there are some one-time steps needed to set up a USB Driver for the BCS: 1. Download Zadig 2. Connect the BCS to the P...

Re: BCS 4.1.2 Firmware Release

A lot of the content is cached fairly aggressively in the browser to improve performance rather than loading from the BCS every time. At a minimum, a force reload of the page should be done after an upgrade.

Re: BCS-482 Specifications (replacement for BCS-460/462)

Other than minor changes for the different hardware components the UI is exactly the same as on the 460/2, so the alarm display in the UI remains.

Re: how to get 2 'Direct' outputs to show 'on' in same state

The safari version that ships with iOS 9.3 does not support some of the newer javascript standards and that is probably what's causing the problem. We noted that this mean no more support for IE 10 in the release notes but didn't point out the limitations on older mobile devices. I think all browser...

Re: BCS 462 locks up

If it's happening just on Android it may have something to do with the update to allow audio alarms on mobile devices that was added in 4.1. I've been using this feature for some time on Android and iOS with no issues but Android has a lot of variation and that may be why you're seeing an issue with...

What iOS version is running on your iPad 2?

JonW is right, the Direct ON thing is the same issue as was reported for the multiple DIN exit conditions.
