I assume the PID functionality in BCS-460 regulates the manipulated value by turning on and off the output (23% is 23 seconds on and 77 seconds off). How long interval is used? Is there any plan to make this configurable?

I am not sure if there is a need for you to sell european power supplies. Most buyers of the BCS-460 will probably be able to understand what kind to get, as long as it is documented somewhere that is easy to find. It is, after all, not the kind of product that appeals to people unable to understand...

Use in Europe
I am thinking about using a BCS-460 for my homebrew setup. As I am in Europe (Oslo, Norway to be more precise), I have a couple of questions:
- Is it possible to configure the system to use degrees celsius?
- What kind of power adapter is used?
