I’m using v4.1.1 . When in ramp mode an incorrect output is turned on. I have double checked my processes. Is this a known issue?

Please don't disable manual mode

Removing manual mode will be an issue. I use that mode all the time for simple brew days

I uploaded the latest bin and it lists as 3.7.0 not 3.7.1 in the BCS systems setting page after the upgrade.

I don't believe it's the displays. I think the issue may be with EMI. I'm currently attempting to shield the units and inputs. What are you using the displays for? Brew rig or fermentation/refrigeration?

I recently purchased 2 pid displays and 12c cables. I'm connected to a BCS and all is connected correctly. Ground to BCS, to AC, TO 12v supply etc. The displays work fine for about 20 minutes with correct readings that match the BCS, then the displays lock up and the debug light flashes on the back ...
