BCS 462 Boil issue

Ok, well I had a little misshap with my equiptment and had a small eletrical fire.. with the help of some overnight parts from Amazon I got my panel mostly fixed and was running a test batch when I ran into an issue... Re: Barbeque Temp Probes.

Well I will give it a go and see if they work. I have a Kamado and my idea was to run a cat5 and run three probes for two meats and the grill. I have a fan that can control the oxygen.... So I figured why not control my smoke day like my brew day :)

Barbeque Temp Probes.

I want to run some probes to my grill. Will something like this work?

I have only ever purchased the ones from Brewers hardware but they will not work for sticking in meat.

Liquid floats with automated valves

I was going to install some floats to shut off valves but I cannot seem to figure it out. They are NO (normally open) floats that cut the circuit when it gets to the float. If I am thinking right I should have got NC (normally closed) so it does not send the power to the valve until the float is tri...
