Yes, looking hard at 4. But I have a lot of development into 3.7.1.
In 4, are my saved processes able to be uploaded? Does it use a different format?
Also, if I go to 4, is there a way to go back to 3.7.1 if I don't like it.

Two different temp probes- one in the brew pot, one in the freezer for fermentation. One ssr for either the chill water pump feeding the HE on the brew pot, or the freezer for the fermenter. I think you can only assign one temp probe per output? It's no big deal using isolation output diodes.

Parallel connection of outputs
Can the BCS-460 outputs be connected in parallel to drive the same load? Do I need to install isolating diodes on each output connected in parallel?
