Re: Can not Restore 462
OK, I was able to make progress: 1) in the backup.json, had to change : "require_auth":true to "require_auth":false Then that allowed the setting to restore and Process 0, restored but it stalled 2) Search I found this newer backup program, http://lawn-chair.github.io/bcs-backup...

Re: BCS Utilities cannot connect
I've had the same issue with the 4.1.2 build edf0fe2c on my 462 where when restoring from back up - it stops at 20%. I'm considering restoring to the previous build if possible.

Re: Discrete Input vs Web Input expected behavior?
Thank you very much for the quick reply!
Makes sense - so I can do away with the DINs and just jump to the process.
Thanks again Jon. Keep up the great work on the Desktop.

Discrete Input vs Web Input expected behavior?
I'm currently running a BCS-462 with v.4.0.0 firmware. I have it setup to control my HERMS system and I'm programming it to control my fermenters as well. (See recent post: http://forum.embeddedcc.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2345 here) I've also just started using Jon W's Desktop and am really impre...

Re: Fermentation Temperature control with fridge and fermwra
I don't know who may read this (#hello? #noteinabottle) But I thought I'd add a note to this thread. I recently set up a BCS-462 system for eHERMS brewing, and shortly thereafter, my Brewpi side by side fermentation chamber went out. I decided to incorporate the BCS into my fermentation setup by run...

Re: 7-segment display wiring? HELP?
I wanted to provide an update to this thread. After many months of delays on my part - I was finally able to get my system up and running in late December. Discovered that the displays were wired up wrong. The wiring schematic on the back of the unit is in the middle of the two sets of pins - confus...

Re: BCS 4.0.0 firmware released
Great news! I take it the BCS-460.bin file attached to the post also works for BCS-462? Or is there another file to be released?

Re: 7 segment display issue
How are things working with these displays? I bought 3 in the spring and am now just getting to power on my system. Mine light up, display address info and then go dark. I haven't fired up my system yet to test all the way through but saw others having similar issues.
