Re: Wiring Float Switch to HLT
I don't have an element but I use floats for water level in my HLT and MLT. High/low in the HLT and high in the MLT all using DINs in the BCS. I hooked up the float switch to the BCS using the +5v through the float to a DIN. Then use the din to trigger a state change and ladder logic to not trigger ...

Re: BCS-460 IP not working for login
Even if you have a reserved IP setup in the router, if the router IP changes so do the first 3 octets of the reserved IP. I recommend checking the router for attached devices (enter IP in browser, login, there should be an option for devices) and see if you can find the BCS mac address. That should ...

Think of the relay like a light switch, just electrically controlled. My solenoids are hooked up with negative to ground and positive to n...

Where do the 2 red wires go that are attached to output side of the relay?

Re: Where is the reset button?
I feel like I had the same problem with my BCS462 after I updated the firmware. I couldn't find it with the finder tool or looking at the DHCP table on my router and the reset switch wasn't changing anything. I left my unplugged overnight and most of the next day and when I plugged it in (connected ...
