Re: Is my trusted BCS-460 realy dead?
Yes, this is my concern also even though I have take care not to use too much force then pushing the connector being aware this could potentially damage the LAN port. Do you have any suggestion on how to fix an bad LAN port? How about soldering the CAT cable directly onto the pins from the port goin...

Re: Is my trusted BCS-460 realy dead?
Thanks for the quick reply! Truly appreciate it. Yes, I have now tried several cables. Both to the router and also directly connected to the PC. But no light will shine :( I have installed the latest firmware version and I pressed the reset button while counting slowly to 15, so about 15 sec I guess...

Is my trusted BCS-460 realy dead?
Hi, I have recently had some issues with the LAN connection of my BCS-460. I have had a cable with the clip on the connector going into the LAN port on the BCS broken off so I have had to push the connector into the socket for good connection a few times. This has worked and I have had no big issues...

Re: Thermo Test page in the BCS-460
Tried, but it seems like the BCS needs to be connected to the open net. I have it only configured on the local network. Any way to work around this?

Re: Help with wiring the BCS-460
SUCCESS!!! Disconnecting all cables and reattach everyone one at a time helped. Now all 3 SSR works as intended. Also the one connected to the boiler and pot. meter. Both NC buttons also gives good signals to the BCS. The fault I suspect is maybe a wild strand from one of the wires making a destruct...

Re: Help with wiring the BCS-460
Thanks for the inputs. Firstly, I have not connected the DINS to the ground. My mistake in writing this yesterday - I have connected it through the switch (NC) and to the +5V AC. Secondly, yes I have tested the SSR with a load (the Buzzer) and it did not give a sound (Only when testing it with a 9V ...

Re: Help with wiring the BCS-460
Thanks for the quick answer, I will check this! A few comments to you questions: - I have problems with all the SSR. I can get a faint red light occasionally on the SSR on the OUT1 and OUT2, but not the OUT0. Non of them will switch though. Even with the red light slightly glowing. - The E-stop will...
