I appreciate the response. I will reach out to them today. We are very dissatisfied with Electric Brew Supply. Multiple emails have been sent with no response. Upon receiving our control panel, we have experienced numerous issues. Customer service is not a priority with Electric Brew Supply.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for adding a float switch to a HLT with a 5500 heating element? I have a 2 element control panel from Electric Brew supply. I am assuming the float switch is added between the BCS & the actual heating element to control the power....thanks
