Re: Ramp Setpoint Mode not working

Note that the setpoint that you enter in the Current State Properties table, 65 in your case, is immediately overwritten by the new ramp setpoint when in ramp mode. Things to try: Temperature probe ass...

Here are the details: http://www.embeddedcc.com/wiki/index.php?title=Terms_and_Conditions Check that the temperature probe association is correct for the output that you are trying to control. It sounds like the BCS thinks the temp that its controlling is only 148, but its ...

Re: No 5v output

If the DIN lights up when looping back the output, my guess would be a problem with the measurement. The BCS has to be picking up a non-zero voltage at the DIN pin for it to activate. Are you measuring between the BCS GND pin and the OUT (and/or the BCS GND and +5VDC pin)? Also, does your mulitimete...

Re: How to Change the Temperature Setpoints on the Fly?

Yes, it is available on the demo. Top right hand side, between 'Edit Processes' and 'Ladder Logic'.

That will bring you to the Temperature Setpoint Adjust page, which will allow you to adjust setpoints on anything being actively controlled by a process.
