I agree. Really poor customer service. I sent two emails and have heard nothing back.
I won't be recommending the BCS anymore, and will be moving to an Arduino-based system.

Re: Manual control during a running process?
Hi Mike. Great looking setup. An output can be manually controlled as long as it isn't being controlled by an active state. I think the cleanest way to accomplish what you want is to add a new state. The first "Sparge" state will have both pumps and burners controlled as you describe, and...

Manual control during a running process?
Is there a way to manually control an output while a process is running? Example: during sparge, I have two pumps running and two PID controlled burners. Late in the sparge when I've collected enough water in my MLT, I'd like to be able to turn off the one burner and the one pump. What's the best an...

Programming Help
I am going to be brewing on my new system in the next day or so. I have a general programming question: Is there a way to automatically pause a process on a state change? Example: Process 1, state 0 is turn on a pump and use dif control to heat to 165f. I then want a pause so I can mash in the grain...

Re: My Brew System Build
Nice. I bought a wireless access point and I can't get my computer to even recognize that I have it plugged in. Linc Post some more info, and maybe I can help you. What brand/model? What happens when you plug it in? Are you trying to use it as a wireless access point or a wireless bridge? Michael

Re: My Brew System Build
Thanks for the info and example! I am now in the testing and calibration phase of this brewing project. The good news is that the 460 is working great and I am starting to get the hang of using it. And one other thing - my brew system is now...WIRELESS! The pic shows the wifi router/bridge bungeed o...

Re: Thermowell question
Thanks! I guess another option is that if indeed the probe is always the same amount off of real temp, that I can change the resistance setting in System Settings to bring it in line with the true temp, yes?

Re: Thermowell question
I've got the thermowells installed and I am starting to test my system. The thermoprobes are running about 6 degrees less than the kettle thermometers (calibrated). I am guessing the first step is the thermal paste you suggest. Where and what specific brand you recommend? Any other suggestions? Mich...
