Just flashed a WRT54Gv6 today and am having trouble assigning an IP to the client side router as well as the BCS.
Anyone have some suggestions?

Re: integration mounting pics?
I would change it up slightly. Right now, you're powering both 120v heating elements with the Red(hot). I would put one on each hot.
Here's what I have (sorry for it not being finished, but you get the idea):

Re: Stainless Steel Float Switch
Thought I would give it a try. It works on low voltage and would just be more of a sensor/trigger.

Re: Stainless Steel Float Switch
I just picked up a switch that was plastic and made for high temps from McMaster.

Re: SSR Recommendations
If you wire the 120V indicator after the SSR, it will only light up when its on.

I'm in the process of outlining what I want to do and then convert it into sample states. Should be done soon, hopefully today or tomorrow, with my write-up.

Re: 3 Way Solenoid Valves
If you are using more than one valve for a particular state, why not wire them in parallel?
For example if you have two valves that need to be oriented for recirc, just wire them to the same relay.
That would decrease the number of outputs, but still accomplish what you're trying to do.

Re: Ability to use a Touchscreen and GUI?
Methinks a netbook could work just as well. I've been researching netbooks since I decided on the BCS. It may be cheaper to buy a new battery for my 2YO 17" laptop.

Have you seen my electric example? I'm in the process of Draft 3 and will complete the mechanical setup by week's end.
If you need any help, let me know.

Looks like a solid setup. HERMs, correct?
