I have the same issue.
Driver has been installed, however List devices didn't return the BCS unit....

BCS Backup Utility does not work on BCS482 unit. It's saying Backing up.... and not moving on...

It's a known bug and being worked on.

When is the next release and fix of this bug scheduled?

The issue was on my side, I was connected via vpn to my corp net. Connected directly and all works. Thanks a lot!
