Re: BCS 4.0 Public Beta 2

I was going to say make sure beta 2 doesn't get saved as bcs460(1).bin. My next guess is that tftp is not using the directory you intend. It loaded fine on my bcs 460.

Re: BCS wall wort connection

Thanks, I'll check. Having 5v, 12v, 24v, and 120v AC that convenient is alluring.

Re: BCS wall wort connection

Do you know if you run a 24v coil in a relay or contactor off of one of these? An engineer suggested you can by using the +12v as the positive and the -12v as the ground. I have not tested.

I saved a few external disk drive cases with power supplies that are much smaller then a full sized one for a power hungry computer. I have not checked to see if the wall wort supplies AC or DC etc. On the upshot it would supply 1...

Re: Test Drive a BCS-460

Variable temp display

I would like the ability to programmatically control which temperature is displayed. Having only one display it would be useful to have states or processes change temp probe and display associations. It could be handy to have the display cycle between them. Also the ability to display two temp probe...

Re: Trying to direct connect to a Macbook with no luck

Most routers allow one to configure a fixed IP number associated with a specific MAC address. Doing this with for the BCS can keep your BCS on the same IP number all the time and still using the easy, reliable DHCP configuration.
