No such thing as a dumb question

Is there a way to reorder my states in a process without having to re-enter them all? I had a state that was slotted later in my process that I am no longer using. I have cleared out all the steps from the state but of course it just shows up as a blank spot in the dropdown. It really doesn't have a...

Re: Reset Butto

I have to unhook a few other pieces of my panel to get at mine but what I have found to work for me is to snap off the end of a toothpick. I then grab the small section with a needle nose pliers and use it that way. Angle it slightly and you should be able to find the sweet spot. I will agree it wou...

Re: Edits won't save?

It's on the edge next to the power plug - currently being blocked by that white power supply you have plugged in. BTW - nice looking panel! I'm back in business! I hope that isn't something I have to do all that often as getting access to that port is a bit of a pain :P Thanks for all your help! I'...

Re: Edits won't save?

Silly and slightly embarrassing question but where exactly is the reset button? As you can see from the photo my control panel is pretty tight and I'm afraid that the reset button is inaccessible as mounted as I have been unable to visually locate any holes. It might very well be covered under one o...

Re: Edits won't save?

It sure is strange. I even tried logging in on my wife's computer as that had never accessed it before, no dice. Considering I haven't really set anything up yet should I try a hard reset of the BCS?

Re: Edits won't save?

There are no known problems with edits not saving. Saves take 7-8 seconds when applying. What firmware version is installed? What browser/version are you using? What specific items are not saving? Sorry for the slow response, I've been with family for the holidays. My current setup is 3.7.1 I'm log...

Edits won't save?

I've had my BCS-460 up and running now for a handful of days. Took me awhile to figure out getting it configured to run on my home network via the wifi bridge but all seems to be stable now. That said initially I was able to start editing my processes but shortly after I've been unable to save any c...

Re: BCS 4.0 Public Beta 1

As someone who is just starting out (just configured the wifi for my box last night) would you recommend that I get started right away on 4.0 or work in 3.7.1 instead?
