Just sharing... I used two power supplies: one 5 V and one 24V. I turned the output on the 5V up all the way and it supplies about 5.8V to the BCS, an Arduino, and two four-pack relay boards. The 24V supply powers a capacitive sight glass sensor, 5 motorized ball valves, and 1 proportional valve. I ...

Maybe me being anal, but I don't think Cat5 should be used open in industrial environments - its too flimsy. I would find a 22 AWG stranded twisted set in a legit jacket. The cost difference is not that big and it can handle some bending, etc.

Sounds like JonW has the right idea. I only have a fermentation chamber with a dehumidifier (same idea as AC) chiller, chilling a glycol cell, which is a plastic box I made and is filled with knock-off glycol. That liquid is pumped into the chamber and ran through a radiator to cool the ambient air ...

Thanks. I have no problem heating almost 2 qt/min from 80 to 170 with a 5500 W element. The problem is PID tuning and response time.
