Well, you solved my problem. I have my bcs connected to a wireless router which is how I access the controller on either an iPad or my laptop. That explains why I have never seen the graphic you refer to. Is there a way around it?

I just upgraded to version V3.4.5, using the BCS-460 I've been reading about using html code for an image which I guess that is what is needed to upload an image. I tried photobucket, copied and pasted but I think it is to long as the instructions mentioned. I'm looking for a site to shorten the htm...

I was using the older version, upgraded and Im lost! I wish I knew about programming but I don't. I will wait for further instructions once it becomes more popular. Thanks for the heads up.

I am currently using IE8 and having issues once connected to the BCS. When I use an Ipad you can tell the differences since certain things are missing. For example on the Main Control, there are no graphics like temp probe. Any suggestions?

I am completely lost with the HMI Builder. Does anyone have step by step instructions on how to load an image/background image? I'm really sorry to ask this but I just updated from a previous version-this is completely new to me. Thank you in advance for any ones help.
