Re: Failure to Connect
I see that the third octet is now "1" and not "0". I am sure that is because the way my network is set up by the ISP who installed it (or for some reason that is beyond my pay grade). {192.168.0.63 vs 192.168.1.4} I had hooked this up to a network at a condo while on vacation and...

My first Process
FNG Questions: I have my BCS 462 and have actually accessed it and even hooked up a sensor. I am now ready to start my processes and plan my automation. I will start small and manually do some things such as Pump Control. SSRs will be in my future but not yet. I have a 45 Gal Stout MLT with two buil...

Re: Test Drive a BCS-460
Where is the demo? I need to see a process so I can learn how to program mine. I tried both demo's using Chrome and both return no found errors.

Re: Five Basic Questions
PWM Again: I have read the definition on the internet and understand the principle, but I am not sure how this would apply to an output. Since the BCS output is really a control signal unless you wanted to light an LED and have it pulse, I cannot see how PWM would be useful for an Output on the BCS....

Re: New BCS Config check..
Also why would you connect the Keezer to the BCS. Do you need to control the Temp of it? We have a Kegerator and just set the temp and forget it.

50 kohm thermistors
I sent a query to Aubrins as I like their cables and Quick Disconnects for the sensors about 10 Ohm sensors: This was their reply: "We carry some NTC thermistor type sensors for our electric smoker controllers. However, these are 50 kohm thermistors. We don't have the sensor that you are asking...

Re: DINs
I have actually thought of using a ladder logic process where you have several float switches in a tank and time the flow between them. As a homebrewer vs a pro, the tank would not have to be that big, maybe a 55 gallon drum with float switches at various levels. Say 10, 15,20,25,30,40, 45 and 50. Y...
