If it is an older BCS, then you're probably on the 3.x firmware. You'll need the old finder for it. http://demo.embeddedcc.com/downloads/BCSfinder.exe

Do you have the process running while you're trying to edit it? You need to stop the process.

If temp setpoint adjust has no entries, then no process/state is active that has a setpoint to change. Power cycle before flash, then power cycle after flash. I'd suggest flashing again with this process.
