If you can't find a suitable switch that supports a 5V led, maybe you could use DPDT switches. You could then use the second pole for 12V switching the status LED. If you do find some switches, please post back here with what you come up with.

Just remember that any time you have a power outage or reset the BCS, you'll need to re-enable that process. This bug has bit me a few times now when I find my kegerators sitting at 65.

You could use a darlington transistor array like a ULN2803 on the outputs. A single chip gives you 8 channels. Your e-stop would just break the feed circuit to the chip and break all 8 circuits. What version of firmware are you using? On mine, there is a "All Stop" red button near the top left of the screen (right above the process list).

Have you tried the option at the lower right of the screen that says "delete all board cookies"?

I love the fast heating using natural gas, but it would be nice if my whole stand wasn't 500 degrees!
