Re: A few additional Questions
I try it and you can add your own mp3 for the alarm. I actually put a song on the web and added the address and when I tested it, my Celtic Woman song sounded (6.8mb). By the way Dropbox has a public area where you can store stuff and make it "public". I would assume that the path is limit...

A few additional Questions
1. The alarm in System Setting is set to /alarm_clock.mp3. Where is this file? Can I add my own mp3? A. Can I add my own mp3? b. Can you have more than one mp3? 2. How do I find the firmware version that I have? 3. Is the source code for the interface available? 4. Has anyone "written" a m...

Re: HMI Image
Nice images and brewery. Since you must have a web portal and the image resides on the internet (unless you have a local portal), you must be connected to the internet for the HMI to work or does the file reside in the memory or the BCS? (if I direct connect or use a non internet LAN)

Re: Converting Love controller box to BCS
You can re-use the switches, but not the displays. There are displays available that could be used with the BCS. See https://www.oscsys.com/store/product/188 From the looks of your wiring there, you'll need to map out what exactly is currently being done and then swap in the BCS for the control fun...

Re: Converting Love controller box to BCS
I loaded Teamviewer and connected to a PC that was part of my LAN. I was able to see the BCS with no problem. I plan to remotely control my fermentation temps from anywhere. Even if you do not have access you could start a timer the day before to turn on the HLT after a certain amount if time

Re: bcs usage clarification
OK I understand that I have only six temp inputs that I can use to control the 6 PWM Outs. The other 2 can be used to moinitor and on an exit state to turn on or off something but not really control something like a Mash temp or a fermenter. I wish that had been more plain in the description prior t...

Re: Brew day: Process/state mods per recipe
From what I read you have to set up a "recipe" for different profiles (brews) and save them as config files. When you want that profile, you just load the config file?

Re: bcs usage clarification
Slightly confused. There are six PWM outs that are suitable for Heating element control. All other OUTS including those on an expansion board can be controlled by hysteresis. So any temp probe on a 462 could be associated with any out (including the PWM ones) as long as hysteresis was the control me...
