The web based backup/restore utility always defaults to using the last IP address that you talked to the BCS with. In this case, it sounds like it was on .5. Yes, the blocks are simple plug in. They're designed that way so you can remove the BCS without having to disconnect the wires individually.

Definitely not normal. Did you do a hard reset to clear the config? If I'm clearing it, I usually hard reset, reboot, restore, reboot. 4.1.2 is the latest version for both the 460 & 462 (same file). The 4.1.3 version only had fixes that applied to the 482.

Yeah, if you're looking for a 100% pause and resume from anywhere in the process like the UI does, that's not possible from a DIN. If it was only from a main state of the process, you could jump to another state to stop everything, then return back to the previous state when the DIN triggers again. ...

Do you mean to actually pause the running process? e.g. halt all programmed activity for that process, then resume? Or, do you mean to add a pause before another state?
