using din and registers to control output

I am still reading and trying to understand ladder logic programming. Here is my problem. I have a system that runs on 4,600 watts resistor. We are going to use perhaps some propane to reduce the on time and the power consumption. But when we designed the vessels they came with 5 resistor of 5,500 w...

Re: Multiple temp probes associated with an output

I hade a brutus once. I control 1 output with one temp probe. mine has the assco valve. very easy using the hysteriris. the swing of 4 is nice depending on how fast you disipaqte the heat on the vessel you can play with it. having too close in my case force the valve to be on=off shorter times in pe...

Re: Hop Timer

thanks. Is like I am planning in my programing. now I have to fiugre how to creat an "IF" programing. I have a limitation on 6 out maximum, due to power (AC) consumption. so when ai run 4 on the mash tun I have 4 more in the HLT. now 2 has temp probe reference to. so this I can control buy...

Re: BCS programing

ok I activate several out direct on the stage I want to jump. And I saw them go on, but the stage per se dont go green on my screen so I dont know at what stage I am on? unless I see the outs and use my programing logic

I want to jump from 1 proces to another one. but my logic dont work. example I took proces 0 call it Mash, I proragm a timer 0 to cunt for 2 minutes and jump to state 7. then on state 7 I click on Stopp proces 0 and start on proces 7. The alar go...

Re: More temp probe associated outputs

I have to admit I still need to read more and understand the ladder logic and the rest of the programing. My problem is similar. Due to the max power I can pull from my main AC is around 150 amps. I am planning to run 4 resistors on each of my 145 gal tank, also use some propane to help speed up the...
