Computer Alarm Sound
There is just something grating about the default alarm sound that comes out of my computer. It would be really nice to be able to upload a .wav file or have access to a handful of choices.

Re: HowTo: Voice control of BCS with Amazon Alexa
Hey all,
Curious if anyone has recently tried to configure this? Following the instructions that Oakbarn was ever so kind to create are unfortunately dated enough (Amazon/AWS have redesigned their website) that I haven't been able to do it myself.

Web Interface & Alarms questions
I finally got around to updating my firmware. Looks snazzy but what's the deal with the question mark and 0:00 next to my process shown below? http://i65.tinypic.com/juhgli.jpg Second question I couldn't find an answer in older posts is the alarm sound...any chance that can be changed to something t...

Re: Temp probes, inputs, outputs disabling
I have yet to find any kind of pattern. It seems like it routinely will disable 3 out of my 4 probes, I'll have to pay attention to if it is the same three. I did do a hard reset just to see if that would shake things but it didn't seem to make a difference. Overall I have definately noticed a lag i...

Temp probes, inputs, outputs disabling
I noticed that when I log into my BCS that many times three or even all four of my temp probe gauges don't show up. Going into the settings I see that along with the probes many of my outputs and inputs have the enabled box unchecked. It isn't the end of the world as I just need to click each one (s...

Re: Boil Config
Thanks for the responses guys. My probes were all purchased from brewershardware so I thought they were already configured but I think I may want to go back and double check them. In the meantime I'm going to try the Duty Cycle starting at 65 and boil some water to see how it goes.

Boil Config
I'm curious to what everyone does to control their boil stage. I have a a 5500 watt 240v element in a 20 gallon kettle and normally do 10 gallon batches. When I first started I figured I'd just use the PID mode and set my temp at 212 degrees. I found out quickly that would not work for me as, no mat...

Re: Process Editor > Exit Condition > Digital Input Issue
I don't find it to be a big deal but I also experience this issue. I need to click off and then on again to get my input options to show up.

Re: No such thing as a dumb question
That works awesome! I also like the fact that you can see all of your steps in a visible format. I've always thought it would be nice to have a tool that would export all your processes to show you what is happening at each one. Sometimes I'll forget to clear something and next thing you know on bre...
