DINS are just dry contacts that you close via a pushbutton, switch, float, relay etc. You use the BCS terminal +5VDC to wire to one side of the normally open contact and you wire the other side of the contact to the DIN (0-7). You can't use any external voltage, current loop etc. from another source...

Looks interesting Brent. Some process control engineers recommend simpler user interface graphics and it seems maybe that's what you're trying to go for rather than high res graphics, etc. I recently bought 2- BCS-462's rather than going with PLC's to use for building 2 control panels (heat and cool...
