Re: BCS-460 IP not working for login
1. Take a picture or write down the MAC Address that is on your BCS label, and turn the BCS on. 2. Login into your router, locate the DHCP Reservations section. Refer to your Router's user manual on where to locate and how to use it. 3. Either enter the MAC address of the BCS or locate it in the the...

Re: BCS-460 IP not working for login
Did you reserve that IP address in your router using the MAC address of your BCS-460?

Re: Powering bcs-482
You need to cut the round connector off and then insert it into the 12v IN and GRN connections of the BCS-482. Look at the discussion on https://forum.embeddedcc.com/viewtopic. ... wer#p12482

Re: BCS-482 - not all outputs appearing in editor
Thanks Jon, I’ll do that. I think I wired it up that way originally because the posts weren’t snapping into place. With the thinner cover that shouldn’t be a problem now.

Re: BCS-482 - not all outputs appearing in editor
Just finished my first brew session using the BCS-482, a Gordon Strong Mosiac Double IPA. Before installing the BCS-482, I was using a BCS-460 since 2008/2009 (can't remember its been so long). Had to use the manual output buttons on the main screen to control my Mashtun, Pump, HLT and RIMS module. ...

BCS-482 - not all outputs appearing in editor
I am using outputs 8,9,10,11 and they are enabled, but in the process editor only outputs 0-8 are appearing in my BCS-482. I have tried Chrome on my Mac and PC, and iPhone. All show the same. Is there something else I should be looking for to get them enabled? When I manually active those outputs on...

Re: BCS-482 Specifications (replacement for BCS-460/462)
Just a quick update that I did receive a replacement endcap cover and it seems to work fine. It's about 1/2 the thickness of the original endcap cover.

Re: BCS-482 Specifications (replacement for BCS-460/462)
While waiting for my replacement endcap, I created a temporary endcap using the plastic from an iPhone armband (that I wasn't using). It's thin enough to stay out of the way, easy to cut and sturdy enough to use for a cover. I used the endcap that came with my BCS482 to draw out the template to cut ...
