Bobbitt Brewery - Single Tier 3 Pump System

I finally brewed my first batch with the BCS!!! My design was inspired by JonW single tier 3 pump system: http://www.embeddedcontrolconcepts.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=342 My goal was to have an almost completely automated system, where I didn’t have to switch hoses, I could set temperature ...

Re: Temperature offset

I haven't tried this but you could set an exit condition of the state "mash maintain 150" to "heater output > 155" then go to a "rest" state that turns off the heat, then that state has an exit condition "heater output < 155" to go back to the "mash maint...

BCS-462 not connecting to network

At first I was able to connect with a browser, but after a couple minutes, it would lose connection. Now I can't ...

Re: Common Grounds

Is there a benefit other than simplified wiring by having a common ground between the 5v, 12v, and 120v systems?

I didn't even know that it was possible to do this. Need to study up on wiring somr more.

Download data file with extension .CSV

When I log data, then click Generate File to create the file, it shows a link like this "bcsLog2011031210:27:58.csv", but when I click on it to download, it comes to my computer (using Chrome Browser) as "Download" with no extension. It would be nice to have the same file name as...
