Re: Din to Setpoint Temp Adjust (Up/Down)
In 3.x, I had soft buttons on my HMI for -5, -1, +1, +5 degrees... when I went to 4.0, I had things dialed in enough that I did not bother with seeing if it was still possible.. I think you will need a windows machine running the BCStools to do this in 4.0 .. as far as dropping the phone, I am very ...

Re: Need help!
yeah, on the bright side, you should be able to get some cash if you list them right! Speed controllers are most useful with a 'positive displacement pump', usually a flexible impeller.. for mag drive centrifugal pumps, restricting outlet flow is what they are designed for. Per the factory: 9. Flow ...

Re: 4-20mA and RTD support
So one of my friends (a couple actually, and they have some very geeky arguments since they like different microcontroller flavors) does embedded board design for a living I was lamenting about wanting 4-20mA when he said he just designed and built a board for a customer that had 4 channels of that ...

Re: Need help!
You can use the 10A circuit breakers for pumps and stuff, but not much else of value for a BCS build, eBay it for money for stuff you need... unless the L20AWA is really a L20AWA-5A, which has 4 analog inputs and one analog output, it is better for someone else.. even with the AWA-5A, which is 4-20m...

Re: Celduc SSRs
Not exactly the answer you are looking for, but I have had great luck on eBay with the Mager ones, I have over 10, and blew 2 up but it was my own fault...
I find them by searching:

Re: glycol temp for conical
a tank of water in your keezer or cooler of icewater (expensive) will be fine, as when the jacket gets cold, the fermenting wort inside that gets a couple degrees below the wort more towards the center will move to the bottom and cause currents in the wort (and there are probably already significant...

Re: Self Latching Relay
now I feel bad... I found they have a better one for the BCS 50ma draw ( I think that is from the power supply, and the S/RS signal is just a 1mS-1S pulse
