Re: Power Switch Tail 2 poor performance
In addition to the PST's, your other variable here is PWM. Do a "Direct On" in BCS instead of a PWM and see if it makes any difference. I'm betting that the fermwraps don't respond well to PWM.

My system is now open to the public
I have now opened my BCS system up to anyone that wants to check it out. It loads with customized pages optimized for 1920x1080, so you may need to adjust your zoom to get the whole screen to fit. You may also want to zoom up th thermometers to the largest size. If you are interested in my processes...

Re: Customize your BCS web pages
FYI - I'm now running my BCS through my IIS web server without having to use the Fiddler proxy that I was previously using. This accomplishes the same type of page substitution, but it makes it so I can access my customized BCS through any browser anywhere because the IIS server is doing the work. T...

Re: BCS Repeatedly Crashing During Brew Day
Had a similar issue with a friends brew rig on our maiden run with it. Turned out that the extension cord we were using had a very touchy plug on it. Bottom line is that it is likely something simple with a loose connection. Loss of network connectivity does not impact the BCS process that are runni...

Maybe that's enough to get you going with the customized html.

Re: Customize your BCS web pages
Here is a download file that includes my customized versions of the js and html files to get the customized UI. The included PDF explains some of what is being done, but it is a very rough document. Likewise, some of the sample files are not as polished as I'd like them to be so some of the HTML ele...

Re: Adjustable duty cycle and temp setpoints
Fiddler is really only a couple minute setup. The ability to serve up a fully customized index.html file really opens up the customization options.

Re: Pause Process
The "Pause Process" button does change to "Resume Process" when the process is paused. Yes, adding the red dot would help though.

Re: Toggle switch with 2 led lights
Mix the high & low voltage if you want, no skin off my back. I think having high and low voltage wiring on different poles of the same switch only millimeters from each other is quite different than wiring high & low voltage on an SSR. If you have extensive electrical experience and know the...
