In addition to the PST's, your other variable here is PWM. Do a "Direct On" in BCS instead of a PWM and see if it makes any difference. I'm betting that the fermwraps don't respond well to PWM.

I have now opened my BCS system up to anyone that wants to check it out. It loads with customized pages optimized for 1920x1080, so you may need to adjust your zoom to get the whole screen to fit. Fiddler is really only a couple minute setup. The ability to serve up a fully customized index.html file really opens up the customization options.
