Configuration Files

Post by oakbarn »

The configuration files seem to be "process" configuration or what I would call a "Profile" rather than configuration. I can see that for different "profiles" or "processes" that it is easy to save and reload. But what about the "System Settings" configuration. After I have set up my display and HMI, is there a file that I can save and reload if I had to reset my BCS? It would have all of my "System Settings" and not the default ones?

Found my own answer:
you find it along with the other configuration files Under "System Settings"
[-} Configuration File Save/Restore
Save System Settings to File - This includes all non-process related settings.

You may restore your changes after you have done a hard reset and connected to your BCS.

Keyword: Sys Data :D
