12 vdc with Out Control

I am running out of available wires in my build. I have a 4 wire 16 ga shielded cable with 2 wires free. The inside wires are not shielded from each other. Red and Green are being used to send a control signal to two relays. Can I use the White and Black to send 12vdc in the same wire back to the BCS box (to power a fan)? My 12 vdc is DIN mounted in my relay box.
The run is about 24 feet.
If Not, looks like I will be buying more wire.
