4.0 BCS Finder doesn't work

BCS Finder still doesn't work for me.
I turned off all my firewalls, and still no luck.
But that's OK I found it by checking my DHCP settings, and hunting with the browser.

Is the new BCS "finder.exe" dated 6/19/2014?
I tried the zip version, and msi version.

I'm using BCS Finder-1.0-win32.msi which I downloaded on 1/25/2015. It is available in the version 4 documentation at http://docs.embeddedcc.com/finder/
