Is Ramp Mode OK to use with a Mechanical Relay? Are there any know issues with using a Mechanical Relay with Ramp Mode if it is OK?

Ramp mode works with both hysteresis and PID. The ramp function itself simply modifies the underlying setpoint on the selected output(s) that you select in the ramp configuration. As long as you use hysteresis with the ramp mode, your mechanical relay is fine.
