No, it's OK the way it is since only one of the inputs would be fed to the bridged output at a time.

I read about using stacked switches. I rewired just the element w new block. However the SSR has 5v but didnt pass current. Maybe i need a load for it to operate?

Yes you do need a load of some type for some SSRs to work. A simple lamp would be enough. When you are making sure that you have the wiring "correct" without a load, you may think you have a bad SSR. No Load can cause the SSR to "fail" when it is fine. I learned this after replacing some "bad" ones.

I hooked up everything last evening. Had trouble connecting to the BCS with my Desktop, Win 10, I dont understand I could connect to it just fine the other day... so went to my phone which worked fine.

I am getting +5v at the SSR and the SSR is passing the Voltage to the outlet. However, the element itself doesnt seem to be drawing any currant....

one more question. does the BCS itself need to be grounded to the chassis ground? or is it considered grounded via its own plug to ground?

The Temp probe wiring is 3 wire shielded , but i am guessing i only need two of those wires?

You need to connect the BCS Ground and the ground on the AC Wall Wart or you will have trouble with your Temps. I would also run ONE twisted pair from the BCS to a Temp Probe. I had issues when I ran a common ground to my M12 Disconnects by creating a "ground loop".

It doesn't matter, but pick two and be consistent. Personally, I'd use the black conductor to match up to the black of the temp probe and the blue for the signal wire.

Ok I should have been more clear sorry. The temp probe has a 3 prong adaptor. But only two wires hook to BCS? I don't understand why there are 3 wirers unless I am missing something.... Black Brown Blue... The tri clamp temp probe is already built so I don't know which wires are hooked to it...
