Just had my BCS462 reflashed by the seller after it failed to work properly or update the new firmware, and now everything is working (finally!) except the timers. Below are screen shots of the Process Editor page where I've set up timers for two events in the Sparge/Drain state, and the Main Control page where I show that state active. Timers are stuck on 0:00. What am I missing? These are just examples, but none of the timers in any state actually works.

You have the continue check box clicked. The timer must be running from a previous state for the timer to continue. For a State 0, you will almost never have a Continue check box clicked

Thanks, Oakbarn. This is actually State 1, not 0, but you gave me some ideas and it looks like they're working now.
