Low Output Voltage

Hey there,

so i purchased a BCS 462 recently, after completing my project and powering the thing up for the first time i find it is not closing any of the 5VDC relays it is wired to, i have tested it again and again, it has 6.2VDC input from the power supply and the best i get at the DO pins is 2.6VDC.

ive searched the forums and this seems to be the only problem like this i can find that does not come down to the power supply. I am hoping you may have a solution, or at worst case some sort of warranty or replacement system? please let me know,

Thanks

Matt

If you are getting. 6.2 on the Pins of the Wall wart、I understand there is an on board 5 volt regulator that may be able to be changed by Brewe Hardware
