Old firmware BCS Finder Utility

The link to the BCS Finder for old software on Wiki pages doesn't work anymore. Where can I find the utility?
Try this: http://demo.embeddedcc.com/downloads/BCSfinder.exe
Note this is the BCS 3.x firmware finder and will not work with 4.x firmware.
