If I'm understanding you correctly, you have a TP-LINK router in the brew panel, then likely another router in the house that is the firewall to the outside world? Correct? If so, your problem is the TP-LINK in the brew panel. For troubleshooting purposes, plug the BCS directly into your home router without the TP-LINK in between them. The BCS will get a DHCP address from your router and you can use the BCS locator to find it.

Once you have re-established communications with the BCS, you can then troubleshoot your TP-LINK on why it is messing up your overall communications.
