Unable to use BCS Finder- missing DLL

I purchased a BCS-460 approx 6 years ago and am just now getting around to incorporating it into my brewery. I have it hooked directly into my WIn7 laptop and I get a "Cannot start program python34.dll is not on your computer". I get the same error on my surface Pro 3 tablet. Please help!

If it is an older BCS, then you're probably on the 3.x firmware. You'll need the old finder for it. http://demo.embeddedcc.com/downloads/BCSfinder.exe

Thanks guys- I can see it now. If I can already see the BCS via USB do I need to use Zadig utility? Is there a walkthrough on this- I'm not familiar with it.
