Countdown timers stay at initial value

I noticed since flashing to the 3.1 my countdown timers no longer count down. Count up timers work fine. I know I can get around this by just programing with count up timers but has anyone else notice this issue or is it just me?

I created a process on the demo to test this called "Timer Count Dn", and you are correct, the count down timers just sit in their initial values. Something must've broken when we added the Continue from Previous State feature. I'll post more when I find the root cause.

Looks like count down timers still work for Processes[0:3], its just the upper 4:7 processes that don't work. That at least partially explains how it got through testing.
