3 of 4 temp probes reading zero

finally got connected to the bcs last night and on first connection temp probe 3 (rims tube) was reading around 68 degrees which was close to ambient air temp in the room but the other 3 are reading zero. ive read the post below about the probes reading zero but in all honesty i have no idea where to go from here..any and all help is appreciated.

Have you tried swapping the probes around? Please follow these instructions:

What are the R1,R2,R3,R4 readings on the Thermo Test page?
