Just getting started...
1. Bought the stainless compression kit "upgrade" to the temp probes... 2 gaskets, 2 compression rings, no instructions. What's the assembly order?
2. For the stainless compression kit, what's the recommended assembly/punch size to install through a kettle wall? (kettle wall behind the 1/2" MPT thread?)

2) These aren't weldless fittings, they attach to a 1/2" NPT fitting. If you're looking for a weldless 1/2" bulkhead fitting to mount to your kettle, maybe something like this would work: http://www.northernbrewer.com/brewing/w ... khead.html
