request for help

I'm in Farmington Hills, Mi and I'm having trouble getting my BCS to work on my wireless network.

Is there anybody local to me that might be able to come by and help? I have a netgear wireless router and a DLINK 2100 wirless Access Point for the BCS

Have you tried connecting the BCS directly to the router or pc first?
