I have a Honeywell VR8300A3500 Standard Dual Standing Pilot Gas Valve connected to a 23 jet wok burner. I have adjusted the pressure, etc but at the end of the day I still get a yellow flame, even taking out jets and plugging them up. I have made several burners in the past but they have all had a valve to adjust the oxygen ratio which works everytime. Does anyone have any suggestions to add a oxygen valve to my existing setup?

What kind of fuel are you using? Have you converted this Natural Gas valve to propane? Is your wok burner made for natural gas or propane?

Edit - here are the different burners for propane and natural gas.. you have to have the correct type..
